An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join a growing national Planning & Environmental practice.

The successful candidate will advise a high-profile client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters, working as part of an established team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious aspects of planning and environmental law.

n

• Manage a varied caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters.

n

• Develop strong relationships with high-profile clients and provide responsive, commercially focused advice.

n

• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider national practice.

n

• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the team.

n

Candidate Profile

n

Experience

n

n
• Qualified lawyer with up to 6 years’ PQE.

n

• Relevant experience in planning and/or environmental law.

n

• Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters would be advantageous.

n

n

Skills

n

n
• Strong technical legal and analytical skills.

n

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.

n

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to a consistently high standard.

n

• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to legal advice.

n
