Overview

In this senior finance leadership role, you drive commercial partnering and financial performance across a global operation. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team of Finance Business Partners
• Drive standardisation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting across regions
• Support strategic partnerships through commercial analysis, pricing and negotiations
• Build and review complex financial models to inform commercial decisions
• Deliver process improvement, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthen governance, controls and business process ownership
• Partner with operations, finance operations, contracting and strategic partnerships teams globally
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and prevent work gaps
• Act as trusted deputy and senior leader within a global finance function

Key requirements

• Big4 ACA trained
• Strong finance business partnering and commercial finance experience
• Experience in travel or payments sector advantageous
• Advanced financial modelling capability with complex models
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Experience in complex international or matrix organisations
• Forecasting, budgeting and performance management expertise
• Experience driving process improvement, standardisation and automation
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work with senior leaders and strong personalities
