Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Hiring

Marshall Motor Group Cambridge is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple brands, partnering with hiring managers, divisional leaders and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with autonomy to shape recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, manage agency spend, and contribute to employer branding.
