Social Care Lead, Children’s Residential (Under 12)

CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in recruiting a Social Care Leader for a new children’s residential service in Tipperary. You’ll lead daily operations, supervise staff and work with the Management Team to deliver safe, nurturing, and child-centred care for under-12s.

Required: Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related discipline, at least 2 years’ experience in children’s services, a full clean driver’s licence, and knowledge of HIQA standards and safeguarding.
