Flat Iron is seeking a Beef Co-Ordinator to join our growing Beef Team and help keep the steaks flowing into our restaurants. You will work closely with the Beef Lead, restaurant teams, suppliers, Supply Chain and Finance, ensuring accurate volumes and timely information across the beef supply chain.
The role requires a strong eye for detail, organisational skills, and the ability to own tasks from planning to execution.
