Benifex is seeking an experienced Implementation Services Manager to lead the delivery function, line-manage Team Leaders, and own performance, capacity and quality across the function. You will ensure predictable delivery, maintain standards, and drive continuous improvement.
You will partner with Project Management, Solution Consulting, QA and Architecture to enable smooth handovers and capacity planning, while developing teams and building capability across the organisation.
