Senior RMN: Lead Inpatient Mental Health Nurse

Cygnet is seeking a Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for its St Augustine’s site in the United Kingdom. The role involves working 42 hours per week across days and nights with alternate weekends, in a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit for men.

You will lead a team of nurses and support workers, manage medications, ensure care plans meet NMC guidelines, and contribute to service development and quality improvement. DBS check is required.
