What you will do
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for families requiring safeguarding interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for children and their families.
- Manage a varied caseload effectively, utilising a family-centred approach.
- Participate in meetings and conferences to evaluate cases and update safeguarding plans.
- Provide guidance and support to families, advocating for their needs and liaising with community resources.
