Jewish Care in Redbridge and Southend is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to coordinate and deliver dementia‑friendly activities within a defined geographic area, with travel between hubs. The role focuses on engaging people living with dementia and their families, building relationships and signposting where appropriate.
You will work with synagogues, volunteers and health and social care partners to strengthen local connections and develop services.
