Retail Marketing Lead — Multi-Channel Growth

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a motivated, highly organised marketeer to support the growth of our 165+ branch network from our Birmingham head office. This full-time role covers CRM, POS and digital campaigns across the marketing mix, with line management responsibility and close collaboration with the Head of Marketing.

You will develop campaigns, measure impact, manage external agencies and help tell local stories that resonate with customers.
