Learning Disabilities Support Worker — York (Flexible Hours)

NLG in York is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide personal and clinical care under a client care plan. You will administer medications and assist with de-escalation and behaviour management as part of a dedicated support team.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with weekend shifts. You will work with families and healthcare professionals to implement tailored care plans, monitor progress and promote safeguarding and inclusive practice across all clients.
