Finance Director — Strategic, Hands-On Leader (Hybrid)

Talk Staff Recruitment in Nottingham is working with a growing technology business entering an exciting growth phase and seeks an experienced Finance Director to own the finance function and build the financial infrastructure to support the next stage.

The role is hands-on with influence, working closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors. Salary is £75,000 – £85,000 per annum, with a 4-day week and hybrid work, minimum 2 days per week in the Nottingham Office.
