IV Therapy Nurse | Flexible, Community & Home Treatments

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an IV Therapy Nurse (Band 5) 32 hours per week, to join the Community Intravenous Therapy Service across Tameside and Glossop. You will deliver IV therapies in patients’ homes, support discharge planning and collaborate with hospital colleagues to avoid unnecessary admissions.
