About you
- NEBOSH Certificate and a minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience within manufacturing, engineering, or operational environments
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management systems
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, and compliance activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Q-Pulse or similar systems is desirable but not essential
What you’ll do
- Drive continuous improvement of Quality and HSE management systems
- Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
- Advise managers and stakeholders on legislation and best practices
- Lead internal audits and support external review activities
- Investigate incidents and non-conformances, ensuring effective corrective actions
- Produce reports, safety alerts, and performance metrics
- Support change management and ongoing improvement projects
- Promote a safety-first culture across the organisation
