About you
- Successfully completed an apprenticeship in plumbing (time served or skills-based)
- Minimum of one year’s relevant post-apprenticeship experience
- Practical knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
- Full, current driving licence
- Ability to undertake both first and second fix plumbing work with confidence
What you’ll do
- Undertake maintenance and refurbishment plumbing works on Housing Executive properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, radiators, and associated systems
- Perform inspections and identify repairs or replacements needed for plumbing systems
- Complete first and second fix plumbing tasks as required
- Assist with general operational tasks outside trade scope when necessary
