Marshall Motor Group in Manchester is recruiting a New Car Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives and drive new car volume, finance and insurance targets.

You will coach, manage escalations, plan promotions and stock decisions, and collaborate with the General Sales Manager to deliver strong commercial results.

The role offers a competitive basic with OTE up to £51,000 plus a company car, 45 hours per week and generous holiday.
