The Retreat, aChildren’s Residential Care setting operated by The Esland Group Ltd in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker. You will deliver compassionate care, support wellbeing, and work within a 365-day service with rotating shifts and sleep-ins to help young people thrive in a stable environment.
