Senior Estates & Compliance Manager

YMCA Cardiff Group is seeking an Estates Manager to lead the estates function across its managed properties. You will ensure safe, compliant, well-maintained buildings and supervise domestic and maintenance teams to deliver both planned and reactive works.

You will oversee statutory inspections, manage external contractors, and drive continuous improvements while aligning with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and health and safety requirements.
