This is a great opportunity for a caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in local early years settings.
The Role:
Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Location: Waltham Forest, East London
Start date: ASAP
Setting: Nurseries and early years settings
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll support children’s learning and care while helping them build confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- Support learning through play in line with the EYFS.
- Encourage children’s communication, social and physical development.
- Help with observations, daily routines and activities suited to children’s needs.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and work closely with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A nurturing, reliable approach and good safeguarding awareness.
- An enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
