Overview
In this role you drive cost management for UK Infrastructure projects, collaborating with clients and Turner & Townsend teams to keep costs, forecasts, and contracts on track. You will monitor cost performance, support change control, and help deliver value through governance and best-practice commercial processes. The position offers the chance to influence project outcomes across real estate and infrastructure while supporting a culture of collaboration and inclusion. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to enable delivery of high-impact programmes.

Responsibilities
- Establish professional client and team relationships
- Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting
- Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering
- Manage contract changes to stay within governance and best practice
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial support to stakeholders
- Ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed
- Lead people and commissions as needed
