Empower Lives as a Dedicated Support Worker

Lifeways in Accrington is seeking a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs to live independently and confidently. You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living activities, and help clients pursue hobbies, community outings, and appointments.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with shifts 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Lifeways highlights inclusive culture and opportunities for training and progression.
