We are looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker to join the team on Twilight Shifts (evenings), to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• To support the clients, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the clients, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
• Measuring effectiveness of the clients’ Care Plan(s); providing care improvement recommendations when required
• To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy of clients
