Head of Commercial Growth & Pricing Strategy

Jonas Software, Wallingford, is seeking a Group Director of Commercial Growth & Pricing to drive revenue expansion, pricing strategy, and performance across its portfolio. You will build the commercial playbook, establish governance, and embed pricing discipline in acquired and existing companies.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop value-based pricing, dashboards, and frameworks, and partner with portfolio leaders to unlock organic growth and improved margins.
