Outdoor Owls, Ltd. in Cobham, Surrey, seeks a Nursery Manager to lead our forest nurseries and deliver our outdoor learning approach. This 4 day working week role focuses on developing children’s curiosity, leading a passionate team, and aligning activities with EYFS.

You will partner with Lead Educators to implement the curriculum, supervise daily operations, support educators, and build strong parent partnerships while ensuring safe, inclusive environments for children to thrive.
