Children’s Residential Care Home Manager

NFP PEOPLE is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead our new children’s residential care home in Reading. You’ll ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and support for children aged 8–17, with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will be Ofsted-registered, set the home’s culture, recruit and train staff, oversee care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. The role offers a structured onboarding, comprehensive training, and a competitive salary.
