Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage from the early design stages of power generation and BESS projects through to commissioning and operation.

  • Deliver high-quality results for project elements directly related to your specific area of expertise.

  • Partner closely with subcontractors and technical staff to anticipate technical risks and cost impacts.

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to exact specifications while driving maximum value through innovative technical solutions.

  • Play a proactive role across both project development and product development streams.

  • Liaise with internal Noriker teams and external technical disciplines to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • Solid engineering grounding, degree qualified in STEM subject 2:1. Lower degree classifications considered with relevant postgraduate qualifications (MSc, MEng)

  • At least two years of engineering experience with demonstrable problem solving abilities

  • Experience within the power and energy industry highly desirable, but certainly not a requirement

  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and the energy market

  • Strong IT literacy, and CAD proficiency, programming and modelling experience with exposure to any of: SQL databases, Python, Labview or other programming languages a strong advantage

  • Good communication and organisation skills.

  • Valid UK driving licence

  • Electrical engineers with software development expertise particularly welcome
