Hybrid Health & Safety Administrator – Compliance & Records

First Base is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator in Cirencester to join a supportive and established team. The role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home) and a salary of £30,000–£33,000. You will provide day-to-day HSE administration, maintain records, and support audits across the business.

The ideal candidate has prior Health & Safety, HSEQ or compliance experience, strong organisational skills, and a good command of MS Office. A full UK driving licence is required.
