Responsibilities
- Lead multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on infrastructure programmes across the lifecycle
- Set strategy and challenge stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility (CDM awareness)
- Anticipate client challenges and devise sustainable, innovative solutions
- Promote inclusive teamwork and one-business collaboration across Turner & Townsend and clients
- Develop and nurture client and industry partnerships
- Coach, mentor, and develop people, fostering a growth mindset
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Influence and translate purpose and vision into tangible outcomes
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and high performance with diverse personalities
Key requirements
- Significant experience managing complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors
- Proven leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical understanding of CDM and its application across teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and deliver solutions
- Experience with procurement and contract management (NEC or similar)
- Familiarity with public sector structures and sustainability considerations
- Experience in consultancy and/or client-side project management
- Degrees or professional affiliations in project management/infra are advantageous
