Store Manager – Express: Lead Team, Drive Sales

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for an Express store in Leeds. You will lead a small team to drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs while maintaining a high level of customer service. The role involves supporting pricing strategy and managing costs within a fast-paced environment.

You will work on a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights, acting as a coach and mentor to develop talent and keep morale high as part of the leadership team.
