Trainee Solicitor / Newly Qualified Solicitor – Residential Property Role Details
Title: Trainee Solicitor or Newly Qualified Solicitor Department: Residential Property Location: Onsite – Head Office in Nuneaton Working Hours: Full time Work pattern: Monday to Friday Contract Term: Permanent Role Summary We are looking to recruit a talented and driven individual to join our Residential Property team, either as a trainee solicitor or a newly qualified solicitor. The successful candidate will gain broad, hands-on experience across a range of residential conveyancing matters, which may include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions. You will work closely with experienced members of the department and receive the supervision, guidance and support needed to develop your technical knowledge, practical skills and confidence. Eligibility Requirements
Applications are welcomed from candidates who meet one of the following criteria:
- Trainee Solicitor applicants: You must have passed SQE1 before submitting your application and now undertaking the SQE2.
- Newly Qualified Solicitor applicants: You must be qualified, or due to qualify shortly, and have completed at least six months in a residential conveyancing during your training.
