Salary: £68,000 – 108,000 per year

Requirements

• Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices and smartphones
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain CCTV, intruder and access control systems
• Deliver high-calibre customer service
• Assist with completing on-site documentation for customer files
• Undertake continuous training to support professional development
• Complete other related duties as required
