Job Description n Mechanical Project Manager n Day Rate – £500 n Location – West London (Hybrid) n Duration – 6 months (Initially) n IR35 – Inside (Must use an umbrella company) n Construction | Estates & Facilities n We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver mechanical building services projects across a diverse estates portfolio. You will lead projects from design through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. n Key Responsibilities n n Manage mechanical projects end-to-end (HVAC, plant, pipework, water systems) n Oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams n Ensure compliance with H&S (CDM) and industry standards n Monitor budgets, programmes, and project performance n Liaise with stakeholders across estates, FM, and client teams n Support commissioning, handover, and operational integration n n Requirements n n Proven experience in mechanical project delivery within construction or FM n Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, BMS, plant) n Experience working in live environments (eg commercial, healthcare, education) n Good understanding of H&S and CDM regulations n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills n n Qualifications n n HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering n SMSTS (or equivalent) & CSCS n Professional membership (CIBSE/IMechE) – desirable n n
