Retrofit Site Manager – Social Housing Upgrades

Cardo Group is seeking a Retrofit Site Manager to oversee energy efficiency improvements in occupied social housing properties in Slough. You will lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and within PAS 2035 standards and health & safety regulations.

The role requires experience in social housing retrofit projects, strong technical knowledge of insulation, ventilation, solar PV, and heat pumps, plus SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualifications.
