Senior Commercial Manager – Prime Residential (London)

Ernest And Florent LTD, a leading contractor specialising in prime high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new builds in London, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join their team.

You’ll lead the Commercial division, oversee five quantity surveyors and an assistant, manage the division P&L, and drive growth. Projects range from £5m to £30m across London and the South East; the role offers £90k–£105k plus a £10k+ bonus, healthcare and pension.
