PCBA Manufacturing Engineer – NPI & DfM

MBDA Missile Systems in Stevenage is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work on low volume, high mix PCBA development and transition to serial production. You will collaborate with the Principal Engineer on Design for Manufacture and build robust instructions for manufacturing.

You will develop and maintain methods, resolve shop-floor issues, and support cross-functional teams through NPI and process improvements, contributing to the factory of the future initiatives.
