Part-Time Resident Support Specialist

Delta Housing is seeking a motivated Support Assistant on a part-time basis (30 hours per week across shifts) to provide person-centred support to individuals in daily living, tenancy sustainment and community engagement at our on-site services in Southend-on-Sea.

You will assist with daily living activities, support plans, safeguarding, and coordination with partners, while upholding Delta’s values and policies. The role offers development opportunities and a flexible hybrid working policy.
