Senior Software Engineer – Java/Spring Boot

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring the stability and availability of applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (versions 8+) and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and related design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
