- Work closely with our experienced build teams on a variety of mechanical, electronic, and hybrid products.
- Gain hands‑on experience assembling and building critical components.
- Receive training on Siemens NX CAD software and be involved in design activities.
- Participate in designing and procuring innovative ideas to improve our build process and procedures.
- Engage with the team to suggest continuous improvements to product reliability and quality.
- Collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment where no two days are the same.

- On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in an Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Automotive degree.
- Ideally, previous experience with Siemens NX or Visual Basic.
- Creative and innovative mindset to overcome engineering challenges.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to handle the pressures of being race‑ready.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills – able to engage effectively with senior managers and peers alike.
- While an interest in cars or racing isn’t required, a thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn is essential.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to help the team succeed. A salary of £30,000 per annum.
