Lead Building Surveyor – Latent Defects & Remediation

Newlon Housing Trust seeks an experienced Building Surveyor with project management expertise to join the Special Projects Team in London. You will oversee complex latent defect and remediation programmes, focusing on external walls, cladding, and fire safety compliance, aligning with Building Safety Act requirements.

You will coordinate across consultants, contractors and internal teams, manage CDM processes, and support residents during major works, including occasional out-of-hours briefings.
