Hybrid Social Worker – Learning Disability (Adult Care)

Leaders in Care is assisting a council to recruit an Adult Social Worker to join a supportive team with manageable caseloads and strong work-life balance. The role covers community-based work across homes, supported living, and residential settings, with a focus on person-centred care.

You’ll conduct assessments, safeguarding, Best Interest processes, and referrals for placements, while benefiting from hybrid/home working and a dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.
