You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital services by developing and executing automated and manual testing activities across the software development life cycle. n Working closely with developers, product managers, and delivery teams, you will help embed quality throughout the development process and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices. n Key Responsibilities n n Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases. n Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. n Support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks. n Identify, investigate, and document defects and quality issues. n Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure quality requirements are met. n Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated validation processes. n Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and agile ceremonies. n Support continuous improvement of testing standards and processes. n n Essential Skills & Experience n n Experience working in Quality Assurance and Testing environments. n Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js. n Experience using automated testing tools and frameworks. n Understanding of regression, integration, and functional testing practices. n Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery methodologies. n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. n Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. n n Additional Information n n SFIA Level: 4 n Location: Flexible (all UK locations considered except London) n Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required n
