Trainee Accountant – Start Ahead: Fully Funded Qualifications

Armstrong Watson LLP is recruiting for its Level 7 Chartered Pathway Programme, Start Ahead, a six-year trainee pathway commencing September 2027. You’ll study AAT Levels 3 and 4, then ACA, leading to Chartered status, with a clear route to Level 7 and a fully funded qualification track, all while earning a salary.

You’ll rotate across services, gain client exposure, attend mentors and training providers, and become part of a trainee community supported by the firm’s culture.
