Night Unit Nurse Manager: Dementia Care Leader

Vincere is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager – Nights for a dementia-focused nursing home. This full-time post (37.5 hours per week) involves leading the night shift, coordinating care, and ensuring high standards of governance and resident safety.

You will be an RGN or RMN with leadership qualities, excellent communication, and a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy unit. The role currently does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship.
