Overview
As a Senior Procurement Consultant, you will deliver strategic procurement advice for public and private sector clients. You join a growing Contract Services team that supports end-to-end procurement on major projects and programmes. You will help shape procurement strategies, drive post-contract management, and contribute to business development in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The role offers exposure to flagship projects, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to progress rapidly within a global firm, including potential travel.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes
- Support post-contract contract management for large projects
- Help develop and expand the procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend
- Assist with business development and marketing of the Contract Services team
- Support delivery of team and wider business targets
- Assist bid preparation and proposal documentation to strengthen work-winning capability of the team
Key requirements
- Experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment
- Strong tender preparation and development of key documents
- Experience in supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award
- Cross-sector experience with Utilities/Defence and Public Contract Regulations or equivalent
- Experience with NEC4 contracts and post-contract contract management
- Experience with Alliancing/Partnership contracts
- MCIP accreditation achieved or in progression
- Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferred)
- Security Clearance (SC) desirable
- Ability to develop supply chain intelligence strategies
- Understanding of commercial principles and modelling with complex commercial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
