Responsibilities

• Deliver project delivery and contract administration as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator on refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects, from small complex works to multi-million-pound schemes
• Engage with prestigious landlords, occupiers and institutional clients to manage project scope and relationships
• Gain exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned preventive maintenance and defect diagnosis
• Support landlord & tenant matters and Principal Designer services; contribute to building pathology activities
• Assist on high-profile laboratory fit-outs, re-purposing schemes and NABERS retrofit projects in Cambridge and the wider region

Key requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Progress towards or achievement of MRICS where applicable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving ability
