Head Chef – High-Volume F&B for Racedays & Events

Legends Global in York Racecourse is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operation across racedays, hospitality, conferences and events, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, presentation and service.

You will develop seasonal menus, manage food costs and stock, lead and train the culinary team, champion Yorkshire produce and sustainability, and uphold food safety and health & safety with a hands-on approach during peak services.
