Overview
In this role you will manage the technical relationships with key retail accounts for a growing healthy food business. You will work within a hands-on, pragmatic team to support grocery retail requirements in the UK, leveraging your BRC and food-safety experience. The position offers hybrid work with two days in the office and a clear path to increased responsibility as the company scales. You help ensure product standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive results that strengthen retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Manage technical relationships with top retail accounts
- Collaborate with the technical team to address retailer needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (BRC) and product specifications for UK grocery retail
- Support sales and operations with technical inquiries and approvals
- Contribute to team-driven growth and progression through increasing responsibilities
