Job Description:
Nicholas Associates in Redditch is seeking a CAD/CAM Programmer to join a precision engineering team. You will create programs on multi-axis laser machinery, write manufacturing methods and SOPs, and lead process improvements from concept to delivery.
The role requires knowledge of CAM software and multi-axis CNC machining; SolidWorks experience is beneficial. You will own manufacturing deliverables across NPDI, Production, Purchasing and Quality to drive continuous improvement.
