Toolroom Manager: Lead Tooling from Concept to Production

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Workshop / Toolroom Manager for a busy engineering site in Beckenham. This permanent, site-based role offers a senior-level remit to lead tooling from concept through to volume production.

You will manage a 15-person Toolroom, drive delivery, maintenance strategy and cross-functional collaboration with production, customers and the press shop. Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with day shifts.
