Assistant Farm Manager – Poultry Welfare & Farm Ops

Avara Foods in Woolhope is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to join our laying site. This hands-on role prioritises livestock welfare, biosecurity, and achieving high animal‑health standards across the unit. Hours are 07:30–16:00, on average five days in a 14‑day cycle.

Own transport is essential for travel to other sites. NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Poultry Production or similar agriculture qualification is desirable; training will be provided.
